Printable Version A smack in the eye

Leaving Catterick by train on my way to join a new regiment based in Wokingham, I gave my seat up to a very atractive young Land Army Girl. Her name was Rita, it turned out that the farm she was working at was next to my new regiments headquarters. We got on very well and before we parted company we arranged to meet. I had a night out with her and made a date outside a cinema in Reading. Saturday came and I stood waiting for quite somtime.Three Land Army Girls were stood opposite to the cinema, after a while they came accross to me "are you waiting for Rita"? "yes"  "Sorry She Got Married This Morning".Truly a smack in the eye
