All images whether in the gallery or an attachment should have the magnifying glass appear when your mouse hovers over it. Let me know if it does not.

I think all the attachments go into a big bucket in the /files subdirectory. Has far as I know the only way to classify them is through the individual users control panel

Doc , is it the Bots crawling around and slowing up the site as they feed hungrilly on information? Also got the main safari could not connect to server on the home page shortly after those so shut up laptop and went to sleep. Check the time setting preferences in your profile, for some reason a lot of folk seem to have the GMT+1 setting.

Thanks for the info, I will check the server logs to see what was happening, I haven't come across the error from my side, but that doesn't mean it isn't lurking around somewhere.

At the moment, the system default is set to have the original post at the top of each page, I'll turn it off, but leave the option open for those who wish for it.
