As stated in my last financial post here is the end of the month report which reflects the current status.

Income

Opening Balance brought forward: £86.37

Donations & Subscriptions received since the last report in February this year (20) : £219.52

Total income including opening balance: £316.37

Paypal Fees: -£10.35

Net Income after deductions: £306.02



Outgoings

Quarterly Hosting Fees are due March, June, September, December

In addition we pay monthly for I/P address leasing and the Virtual Server instance that the site runs on.

1&1 IONOS for December & March quarters, domain renewal and all other fees : -£221.17


Total outgoings: -£221.17

You will see that we are running at a slight deficit at the moment.

We have paid for the March quarter, the monthly fee for the Virtual Server and the annual domain renewal fees.

Just a heads up. Our Paypal account currently has a balance of £100.47. I have just received the invoice for our quarterly IONOS subscription at £16.00 per month. So, £48.00 + VAT (£57.60) will shortly be deducted from our Paypal balance.
