I can't imagine the pain Janet may have been in...bless her.
What I am saying, is don't lump all consumers of opiates in one basket. Like I said - if you need them, you need them. Hopefully, like me, only for a set time...monitored...and in minimal dosages.

Like Cazza, I can't imagine a problem once I am pain free. Every pill I swallow is counted by the Government...I am well aware of that. Authorisation has to be sourced for every script. And they keep me comfortable on the minimum dose. I don't seek more, and I never exceed my dose. But life would ce...

As well as Rice and Pasta, anything with Pastry is on my banned list too.
On my last GP visit, he was checking my record I keep of twice daily blood sugar readings, and found a higher one. I hung my head in shame and confessed it was half a pie I ate. No more pies Maz.

BSL was 5.5 tonight, 2 hours after a Wholemeal Wrap with Steamed Chicken Breast, Lettuce, Cucumber, Shaved Cheese and Lite Sour Cream. I made Wraps, with Red Salmon, Lettuce, Cucumber, Boiled Egg and Mayonnaise.
Yum! ( his Lordship had Pickled Onion in his, but I couldn't come at it).
