China, forgive me if I am being nosey but why three weeks in hospital? because they did CT scans and radioactive iodine scans and a lot of other things the first week which would be done before admission to a UK hospital. another doctor has just been in and made me phone my wife at home. my wife told me that my egg tumor was no problem. no english food but the food is very good. I am on a low salt low sugar controlled diet at 3 quid a day and I have no complaint. I could live like this, cheapest hotel in the city.

I did work for John C Carlson (later Carlson-Ford) at Butts Mill, Barlick, when I was 17. They made filtration sheets in a similar way to the paper making process. Something was retained by my tiny brain!

Wendy. I was told that sometimes when you use the compass app you need to hold the phone flat (back facing down, screen up) and then turn through 360 degrees once or twice and then it calibrates itself somehow. Seems to work for me. I agree that when first turned on they can give very false readings.
