You're right about the temperature Sue, it's not summer yet! I am sick of hearing of near 20C in the South and even Scotland! I hope you get on better today than you think. https://www.oneguyfrombarlick.co.uk/app.php/gallery/image/28663/medium The first thing I did was make slugs of steel that fitte...

Bumped again. Still vital information on nutrition.
Go out and find 'The Vitamin Murders: Who Killed Healthy Eating in Britain?' by James Fergusson (2007). A good overview of the subject.

Re: TODAY'S PENNINE WEATHER

Yesterday we had odd spatters of rain in the afternoon but by 20:00 it had settled down into dry overcast for the night. First thing this morning it was calm and clear with scattered cloud and full moon. It hasn't changed since. The glass is back a bit on 1018mb and falling. The forecast is for a su...

I shall be in the shed as usual carrying on with making 3 crankshafts for Stuart No. 9 Engines. Not sure after that but it looks like a dry and relatively pleasant day out there from the forecast so I think a walk could be on the cards.

Just like yesterday (It was remarked on by David as well.) the site has slowed down to unusable levels with the bouncing black dot in the tab label and now a 502 'bad gateway' error. This happened at 03:19. I foresee a miserable rest of the morning!
Later at 04:28. It appears to have healed up......

Morning Sue! I agree with you, no sign of summer yet apart from the new growth on the trees. It's warmer in Scotland than it is with us.... Still, we won't get their midges!
Have a nice day and keep the faith, it will eventually improve!

WHAT’S THE BEEF 01
