Re: Today I shall be Mainly...

Today I have my first online Social History class, it was cancelled last week as the teacher had a migraine. I am looking forward to it. Pilates is late today, at 8.00 pm. Sue, what day did your teacher have a migraine? I had one last week, the first I've had for ages. We wonder if it's atmospheric...

Re: GOOD TV

It was very interesting, David Olusoga does a really good job of it. Much of it about the slave trade, and interestingly it touched on where his family was from in Africa, that must have been thought provoking for him.

Re: ENERGY MATTERS

We refill our kerosene tank at about end of May beginning of June each year. Last years was about £1200, this years £700 give or take a pound or two. That's what we call a result. Hardly used any diesel in the car which we used to refill every fortnight for £80 odd. Good comes out of bad.

I've watched all of them Gloria and enjoyed them until this series.
Stick with it Stanley, I really enjoyed last nights. Only three quarters of an hour, and over in a flash so I must be enjoying it.

Re: GOOD TV

We had never watched it before Stanley, but were advised to start at the beginning, which we did, it then becomes very watchable. I don't think it could be something to jump in part way, or dip in and out of. Try it from the beginning of series one.

I didn't really expect Gloria or anybody else to guess it purely from the image of the stones. It was more of an opportunity to put the steaming open day in a slot that would be followed by more people. Sneaky aren't I :biggrin2:
