Went to Skipton yesterday, had a walk up the canal spur under the castle before lunch, then back down canal to Bizzie Lizzies, lovely lunch there, then a walk the other way along the canal 3.6 mile in total which didn’t feel anything like that. The market was certainly busier than last time we went ...

Yesterday was nothing short of horrific, it threw everything at us, we even had thunder and lightning. Today the wind has gone, the sun is out and not many clouds in the sky. The washing will be out soon.
