Flight times were changed at 10.30 pm, so the taxi came at a civilised 6.09am just arrived at the hotel in Vancouver....not impressed with Lufthansa, we were packed in like sardines and the food was awful. So glad we are eating again this evening. Its 4.25 local time 12.25 am your time.

They are very like traditional walls in Brittany. We had one as a dividing wall in our garden in France. One of our neighbours took it down when we weren’t there!

No lawns here. We have Le Crunch. Nice gravel and raised beds full of perennials
and flowering shrubs. Our lawns were just moss front and back . Now France, that is another matter!

This is beautiful Stanley, it looks very tactile. Whenever I go to engineers exhibitions with Bob I am always amazed at the beautiful models created from metal. I just want to touch them!

The kidneys maintain their filtration with their own localised blood pressure, it is a bit of a safety mechanism to keep the kidney working if the cirulatory BP falls too low which it would if you were unconscious. Hmm I seem to have put today in Medical matters sorry. Just got back from friends, its 12.42 a.m here, and I am not really sleepy. Tbe sky is full of stars and a large orange moon. No light pollution here, it looks a beautiful evening after a day of rain.

I had an asthma review last September which was nothing to do with my trip to the asthma clinic. It was to review the medication, ie change it for something else. I can’t say I have noticed any difference.
