We worked out that it costs about 4p every time you scan. This can add up over a week/month. We just wish that shopping centres had one QR sign in code, but here it is every single shop within the centre, regardless of if you are buying a newspaper or loaf of bread or sausages from the butcher etc. ...

Hubby has the same thing, but declares he will sign into QR code’s with pen and paper from here on in. He objects to costs from QR code’s. One of the things hubby wanted to ask his Telco, is that he is charged every time he scans a QR code.
Yes folks, every time you scan to protect you and the public...government driven...there IS a data charge, that YOU pay for.
They do not tell you this.

We can no longer tell our kids what to do, but they are not yet at any point of power to tell us what to do either. We hope to chart our own course for some time yet.

We love our kids but do not “obey their every word”. That would be getting into scarey territory. We are still at the helm, and have control.

You have given that tip dozens of times. We ALL take care of our kids.

Only time will tell. Unfortunately, you guys have to do the time. That means mental health will suffer, relationships will suffer and children will suffer. That is aside from businesses and the travel industry etc.

I was unaware what was going on at the Medical Centre desk as hubby was paying and checking out because I had to stay away due to Covid rules, but apparently he had to “tap and go” twice. Once was to pay the £35 and the second time was to instantly claim £25 back....so the whole thing only left us £...
