It was a jug to use to pour petrol in her daughter's tank because she had run out of petrol. She was doing it in the kitchen next to a naked gas flame on the cooker. She should have read the instructions. Accidents like this are inevitable. What was she doing with her daughter's car in the kitchen?...

Are HSBC actually using solicitors?
There are quite a number of "conveyancers" about who do the job just as efficiently (in most cases quicker and with less hastle) and are far cheaper than solicitors.
We used one about twelve years ago.

In the old Bradford "worsted" world "Stuff" was a coarse, smooth cloth made from long staple woollen yarn. There were people who were known as "Stuff weavers".
