Re: Fanny Grey

The Barlick is due to re-open soon as a Bistro and B&B. We need a few more B&B's if BTC are encouraging tourism.

Coffee Corner, currently hidden away in Newtown, will be moving to The Railway once the refurbishment work is complete.

Two parlours in Barlick now Stanley, there must be mileage somewhere. Perceived fashion and what constitutes "the body beautiful" is a strange thing isn't it? Not my "cup of tea". I am, however, impressed by how well Lee Pickles parlour, on Rainhall Rod, blends in with the other...

Any ideas would be really welcome as it has to be done, we keep putting it off---not a good idea. I swept the top half of ...

I got a cheque from a credit card company yesterday. It was a refund of PPI payments made over a 6 year period. They had neglected to mention, in the T's&C's, that pre-existing medical conditions were not covered. All it cost me was 2 stamps, one to the credit card company and one to the financi...

Lamb shanks, in the pressure cooker, with carrots, onions, garlic, rosemary, half a bottle of merlot and a good "glug" of balsamic vinegar. Served with mashed spuds. Very tasty.

I don't need the grief of changing banks at my time of life. Routing cheques through my personal account by post is looking favourite, but it kind of defeats the point of having a business account in the first place....... I was of the impression that banks now provide a free? service to change. If...
