Lovely all day yesterday, mizzling this morning

We caught up with the first of the second series of Beyond Paradise last night, can’t say I enjoy it as much as Death in Paradise. Passenger tonight, hopefully that becomes more understandable. It must be my age, but all these plots on tv dramas nowadays seem so complicated.

Lovely day yesterday, walked into Longridge and didn’t need a coat. Setting off the same today but I think it’s due a shower or two later.

We have started watching Robbie Cummings on Canal Journeys again, followed by Villages by the Sea, both easy, and interesting programmes.

This seems odd reading these posts from yesterday, I couldn’t get on from Thursday morning when it was on a go slow, until this morning, no chance of getting on yesterday.

Yesterday we had various amounts of rain, some thunder and lightning. Today is a lovely spring morning, with warmth in the .

We went for a 2mile walk yesterday before the rain set in. It was steady from then on all day, with the odd very heavy shower which lasted about 5mins. This morning is looking much the same.

Overcast with rain clouds, but fine at the moment.

Not only is it going to halt traffic over the river, but also the river traffic into the container port. It happened early morning their time, so that has to be a good thing, the bridge will not have been full of traffic.

Rain all day yesterday, but today we have “sunning”

We’ve had rain overnight and it’s still at it, looks set in for the day.

We watched episode one of Passenger last night 1/6, there was so much happening that it kept the attention, hoping it makes more sense tonight, it’s a bit bizarre, but not giving up on it yet.

We have bright sunshine, and through the window it feels very warm, doubt that’s the same when outside but a lovely beginning to the day none the less.

Was it something to do with an air raid shelter, I’m clutching at straws here

I spoke too soon, we’ve just had a very heavy hail shower for about 5 mins.

I’ve run out of ideas, all I can see is a bucket of some sort.

Wendy, thankyou for representing us at Ken’s funeral, as we were away I’ve only just caught up with reading this, thanks again.

Yesterday was great, got more washing dry. It threw it down at one point in the night, and having just had a light shower it is now fine, can’t say for how long though as it doesn’t look that bright.
