I would be interested to hear more about the family. Hi Kathleen, I did a quick look up of the family. I on...

Re: Spring 2013

Looks like the heat wave is over in Melbourne thank goodness. Back to low 20's again. This was the hottest March on record. It's tricked the garden; the camelia's are in full flower as is the ornamental pear (both 6 months early) and the pumkins have flowered again and are trying to set another flus...

Re: Spring 2013

I love the photo's. I remember it like that when I lived there. Short intro; I lived at The Limes, on Skipton Rd 1962 to 1967. I went to Gisburn Rd Primary and Skipton Girls High. Came to Melbourne in June 1967 and have been here ever since. I must say I don't miss the weather there. We're back to 3...

Re: Spring 2013

Better day today in Melbourne; low 20's but it's raining YEAH! Been a long hot summer with only a couple of rainy days since November. Back to 30's here next week I believe. I feel your pain Marilyn. Hottest extended summer in a long time.

Re: Gisburn Road Infants and Primary School

These are fanatastic Ian. There are some faces I recognise but the names escape me for the moment. Who is the boy in Nigel's photo, second back row, 3rd from the right? If you can post more names I would be grateful. I will come back to the site when I have a bit more time today with more questions....
