Is it not a staple in your part of the world Sterling? Failing local knowledge have you tried Google?

Fry the tofu with chopped lean chicken breast, garlic,(sorry Maz), mushrooms, red peppers, and tomatoes. When cooked, carefully seperate, remove, and discard the tofu. then serve the remainder with plain boiled rice. Delicious.

Post originates in Vietnam but does not light up any of the usual suspects sites. Thought I would give the benefit of the doubt hence my original reply. Probably be history shortly. :biggrin2:

I like your recipe though

Purely by coincidence  That's what I'm eating for my tea now. Cous cous instead of rice. Where would one be without one's wok.

Is the tofu that you discarded recyclable?

I very think so - especially if you have a dog.

PS apologies to the original poster if it was a genuine enquiry. I'm starting to feel bit guilty. Still seems an odd place to start though.

Thanks Ian.
Sterling, as you can see you have us slightly baffled. We'd like to be friendly and supportive but we need a bit more input about yourself. It's very difficult to interact meaningfully with one obscure post! Talk to us, we aren't going to bite!

Well spotted - I think they use the same software as we do, perhaps that's the link?

Having lived in Singapore a long time ago, I still like to see the place, and compare my memories with what it's like today. It still amazes me.

I'd noted the link but not opened it. As you have done it I had a look. I think Wendy is correct, it's a phishing scam looking for a boost to the forum. We will not hear anything more from Sterling.

Maybe, but at the mild end of the scale of scams. I've had a bit of fun, and re kindled my memories of Singapore. It was also screamingly obvious from the start.

Indeed it was, IP address lights up as Vietnam but does not rattle any spamming or troll sites. A lightweight opportunist in the game, noted that the Ex Pats site is built on a phpBB platform the same as here, customised but using the same template and style sheets.
