Agree with all of that and pleased that the regulars are settling in well to the new platform.

I've had a busy weekend with visitors and haven't had much time to spend on the site but it is so much simpler and easy to use. A good move.
Perhaps we can encourage some of the members who only joined to play in the arcade to start contributing to the forums instead....(Slowfox, I know you are out there )

I thought Belle might have been back. She was very active on the last board but only seemed to visit the Arcade on here. I know she had one or two issues in the early days with the adverts but we are in a totally different place now. It would be good to see her back.

One thing is certain, as the board settles down I think you two can congratulate each other on a seamless transition. It's definitely cleaner and faster now and when you have solved the LTP matter my cup will run over.

Funny how the site feels more stable. It is simply doing exactly what it says on the tin.

The site is working well and the alterations have, I think, been a complete success. It's fast and reliable and I think it's significant that members like Cathy and Maz are posting more frequently, could the improvements be more noticeable on tablets?

Works quickly on my iPad. Actually it is really fast, practically instant.

Glad you like it, I can't say it wasn't stressful when it was all up in the air.

My caps off to Ian (Panbiker) for tidying it up and working on the LTP in my busy period the last couple of weeks where I've been working around 80 hours a week. I was determined to have a break today, I've had computers coming out of my ears. I've a full week coming up and that's before I get any more calls. It generally goes slack after Christmas when everyone has spent up, I'll look forward to it.....

I agree about Ian.... We are so lucky to have him looking after us as a volunteer.
