Adelaide. It’s about time we got some wintry weather conditions. Today we started with a northeast wind , to continue, that brought a lot of dust with it. My homeward bound view of our Adelaide Hills disappeared 🙁
Tonight and tomorrow- high winds, cold and rain, rain and more rain, possibly with hailstorms.
All wrapped up in 11C.
I know I'm in my own little world, but it's OK... they know me here. :)

Margaret has the same complaint in Perth this morning Cathy. She works as bookkeeper for a company and her office is in their garage. Today it is 15C, she has an electric heater and a fleece jacket..... This is her best friend this morning.

Yesterday we had some very light short showers throughout the day, no more than light spatters. The afternoon was cloudy but pleasant and at 20:00 it was calm, dry and high broken cloud. This morning it's clear and cool but calm and dry. The glass is where it has been for the last four days, 1020mb. The forecast is for sunny intervals and cloudy by this afternoon but it is still mainly clear, just a few scattered clouds in thin layers. The constant light westerly wind gives a high of 18C and a low of 10C with an almost negligible wind chill. The outlook for the next five days is for similar weather.

Yesterday was a lovely day far more sun than forecast and I think warmer as well. At 20:00 it was still clear and sunny. First thing this morning we had high broken could, calm mild and dry. That hasn't changed. The glass has fallen slightly to 1017mb and is still falling. The forecast is for a sunny start then cloudy but that looks unlikely at the moment. The wind is westerly, light to moderate and gives a high of 21C and a low of 14C with hardly any chill. The outlook is for similar weather, no surprises!
I've had a walk and the sky is clearing.... early sun coming in.

Yesterday afternoon was cloudy but still warm and pleasant. At 20:00 it was calm, dry mild and overcast and is exactly the same this morning. The glass is down a touch on 1015Mb. The forecast is cloudy with the chance of a shower after dinner. The constant light to moderate WSW wind gives us a high of 21C and a low of 14C with a negligible wind chill. A cooler cloudy day tomorrow but then back to more sunny weather again.

I've had an early walk. Still 100% overcast and a very light mizzle, so light as to be negligible. Still calm and mild.

Yesterday afternoon was fine and dry. One half hearted attempt at a shower around 16:00. At 20:00 it was calm and dry, late sun came in under the cloud. The glass is again down slightly on 1012mb. The forecast is for a cloudy day with light rain possible for most of the time. The WSW wind is stronger with gusts above 30mph giving us a high of 16C and a low of 10C with a -3C chill. tomorrow and Sunday will be brighter but back to cloud after that.

Yesterday afternoon was cloudy. At 20:00 we still had cloud but calm and slightly cooler. First thing this morning it was light and I think a clear sky. the glass is up on 1016mb. The forecast is for a dry sunny day. The moderate WNW wind will give a high of 15C and a low of 11C with a -2C chill. The outlook is for similar weather over the next five days.

The Met Office weather app shows full sun all day but, that previously mentioned WNW wind will knock a bit out of the temperature.

I will be topping up with antihistamine for this forecast though...

Yesterday we had sunny spells almost all day but the wind was cool when we lost the sun. At 20:00 we had a breeze and it was overcast but dry and mild. This morning it is the same. The glass is up on 1023mb. The forecast is for cloud but lots of sunny spells. The wind is a light westerly and gives us a high of 22C and a low of 14C with a slight wind chill this afternoon. The outlook is for similar weather, no nasty surprises!

The story yesterday was overcast but it was still warm. At 20:00 it was mild and dry with 100% overcast. This morning it is the same, a light wind, 100% overcast and dry. The glass is down on 1016mb. The forecast is for a cloudy start with a bit of drizzle but then sunny intervals later. The constant moderate west wind gives us a high of 15C, a low of 9C and a -3C wind chill. Tomorrow will be a sunny day but then three days where thunder is possible. On the whole not quite as settled as it has been.
Later.... I was going to go for a walk but it's drizzling.... So guess what I did... :biggrin2:
