For anyone who is interested, the new series of 'Who Do You Think You Are' starts on Thursday 7th August 2014, BBC 1 at 9.00 pm. This first programme features Julie Walters.
(Apparantly there is a one hour special on Wednesday 6th August, celebrating 10 years of Who Do You Think You Are).

A slightly negative slant on "Who do you think you are?" on the forthcoming marriage of Prince Harry and the American actor Meghan Markle. not wishing any of the Royal family any harm but isn't it about time we did away with all these archaic hereditary titles. Although one or two of them try to defuse the issue by referring to themselves under some lesser camouflaged title the original structure is still there. Camilla Parker Bowles, family name Camilla Rosemary Mountbatten-Windsor. currently known as Duchess of Cornwall is actually the Princess of Wales and will eventually become the "Queen". Link.. "Kate Middleton" or Catherine, Duchess of Cambridge is really Princess Catherine. Likewise Meghan Markle will be Princess Meghan. Just because some psychopathic invader claimed all the land as his own and handed out titles to his pals we are now stuck in this time warp that is destined to go on for ever Isn't it time to put our house in order?
