OGFB Finances 2017

.Bit of a change this year since Ian has taken over donations from February. I'm still paying the bills and I will invoice Ian when I pay something out. I was getting donations up until February although the last I received was in December. From my perspective this is the state of affairs since April 6th 2016

Income from donations : £278.31
Expenditure : £296.37 including £111.71 paid out to repair the site in February/ March.

Since I host my business site on OGFB's hosting and I'm letting my other hosting expire in October when the contract is up. I figure the 18 quid loss pays for my hosting. So I'm calling it quits. I'll be invoicing Ian for outgoings from now on less some figure we haven't agreed on yet for my hosting on OGFB's contract. The next expected bill is the middle of June.

Ian has taken in some sixty odd quid I believe in donations on the new Donate button which is going to a dedicated OGFB account which he has charge of.

So I'll pass over to Ian for the story from his perspective.

I'm very grateful to Ian for taking a considerable load off my mind. And I for one will be more than happy if he makes a profit on the OGFB account.

I have set up a dedicated paypal business account for the site and a bespoke email address to link into for notifications of donations.

Stephen and I have decided to maintain the status quo regarding the domain registration and account holding for the site as it is somewhat onerous to change these. So the site is still registered to Stephens name and address, the difference will be that when fees are due, Stephen will send an invoice to the dedicated oneguy paypal account and I will action payment out of the donation pot.

The donation button and paypal account were established on 05/03/2017

Balance of current donations to the account (after paypal handling fees) is standing at £76.28.

My time is free gratis.

Much better thank you Stanley. To the extent I turned down further treatment after my hospital visit.

Thanks, both notified as received, you should have your receipts if all is working.

Not sure how the SSL certification billing works, I have an idea that we may be on a freebie from the hosting company at the moment. :biggrin2:
