MYSTERY OBJECTS
Re: MYSTERY OBJECTS
An immersion heater thingy?
Re: MYSTERY OBJECTS
A two tailed something, reminds me of a whip but I don’t think you would get much grip on that handle, if it is a handle.
I know I'm in my own little world, but it's OK... they know me here.

Curses. Kev got it immediately. The business end of a vibrator for settling concrete in its position, like in a mesh of reinforcing rods.

Re: MYSTERY OBJECTS
I was tempted to put this up as a mystery object but then decided you'd all get it too easily!

Right, less of this idle chit chat, we all know it was Herself travelling incognito and probably searching for a lost Corgi (or the Duke).
What does this photo show and where is the location? I won't be online again until tomorrow morning so there's no need to rush!

The gates are fastened together, they obviously open one way or another. There's a curious slot running on the road between each set.

Re: MYSTERY OBJECTS
Looks to me like a bascule bridge over a rhine or small canal. So is the building a bridge keeper's cottage? Possibly a toll bridge?
BTW. Still confused about the Jedi woman, what was the right answer?

If it is over a canal could Glo's "curious slot" be to allow the barge towing rope to be drawn through whilst still attached to the horse?
