Good King Wenceslas in the Art Nouveau Lucerna Palace in Prague, mocking the famous equestrian statue in the square. Also an aside to the modern leaderships but with no real explanations.

Personally I'm not in favour of using art simply to upset people this goes for religious cartoons as well.
