WHAT DID WE HAVE FOR TEA?
Re: WHAT DID WE HAVE FOR TEA?
Homemade Chilli Prawn Pizza...( thin base)
My homemade sauce contains chargrilled Red Capsicum, Onion, Zucchini, Cherry Tomatoes, Basil, Thyme and Oregano. No Salt, but a grind of Black Pepper. I use different herbs depending what topping I am having, but these go nice with The Prawns that are marinating in Chilli and a dash of Olive Oil waiting for dinner time.
I cook the Pizza for 15 mins, then add the Prawns and cook a further 5 mins or so..

Re: WHAT DID WE HAVE FOR TEA?
That's why I defend my Pizza to the hilt...they are as healthy as I can make them...unlike shop bought ones. Once a week, I reckon they are fine.
Re: WHAT DID WE HAVE FOR TEA?
We had sea bass, jerseys, garden peas and parsley sauce.
Say only a little but say it well.

It's free leccy this morning Maz so later, after 9AM, I shall cook bacon and onions to add to my largely vegetarian stew!

I think they are the best steaks for tenderness and flavour.

Re: WHAT DID WE HAVE FOR TEA?
I like afters...... it may not help weight loss but it makes me feel good!
I had the last of the cabbage for dinner and tea (and cheese for afters). At the same time I boiled a ham hock and by bedtime the meat was in the fridge as was the cider gravy......

Re: WHAT DID WE HAVE FOR TEA?
I had a bowl of muesli for dinner. I shopped for veggies at lunch time and boiled the carrots in the cider gravy from the ham hock, I steamed a cauli (59p) at the same time and when they were cokked I didn't drain the carrots but but the whole boiling in the slow cooker with the chopped up cauli and ham hock meat. By teatime it was a lovely ham and veggie stew/soup. Light, fresh tasting and quite lovely.
