Where are they Gloria? was the building an old mill of some kind requiring water power?

[Gloria]

It was in Camprodon in Northern Spain under what had been a small workshop.

I found a lot of examples like that in water bobbin mills that had been converted to private residences when I was researching water power in the Lake District for the DoE. In some cases the residents were glad I called because they hadn't any idea what the relics were.
