You won't be surprised to hear I have been eating my basic protein and veggie rich diet.
I've just cooked the last of the mutton, I need another half sheep in the freezer!

Made a two-night pot of Vegetable Soup yesterday, so dinner is sorted for tonight. Might be really naughty and throw some Dumplings in.

Sausage and eggs for breakfast. Mutton stew and veggies for tea but I didn't eat all of it, too many interruptions at teatime. All of them welcome but distracting.
By the way, Stuart delivered half a sheep for the freezer, we will not starve!

I cut the breast of mutton I slow roasted into bite sized chunks, added chopped tomatoes and three chopped onions and cooked it down to a rich gravy. Breakfast and tea yesterday was this plus sausage andveggies and was very tasty.

I roasted spicy chicken wings, sausage, onions and tomatoes. That and the veggies are in the fridge. No cooking for a day or two!

Three eggs for breakfast. Then I had a cooking storm, veggies and a chicken wing roast that had a sauce made of a lot of fairly elderly ingredients that needed using like Tahini, Peanut butter, Cider vinegar etc. It looks horrible, a brown mess like cat vomit but tastes superb! Tea was a steak pudding and veggies.

:geek: We are back to Salads which, thankfully, look nothing like cat vomit. I suggest a candle-light dinner Stanley. That will make it look a bit more appealing.
