In addition 1&1 IONOS sent us £2.12 in January which I think was an adjustment for when we moved to the Virtual Server. There was no reference on the payment but it is a credit.

In addition we pay monthly for I/P address leasing and the Virtual Server instance that the site runs on.
1&1 IONOS for December and March quarters domain renewal and all other fees : £186.02
We paid Mark at phpBB services for work done £46.85 this was $60 at the exchange rate at the time.
I also paid £15.99 for 100GB of Google Drive storage for the site backups. This will be an annual fee from now on.
Total outgoings: -£248.86
-----------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Summary
Income: £334.33
Expenditure: -£248.86
Current balance in the sites PayPal account: £85.47
On the income side of things you will notice there are donations and subscriptions. The donations are individual payments made via the donate button on the site. Subscriptions are regular payments made by direct debit or standing order. One member uses this method for a monthly payment to site funds.
As usual I will answer any questions on the accounts presented if required.

Current balance will just about cover us to the June quarter. Can't remember off hand when our introductory period on the Virtual Server is up. We are discounted at the moment.

Thanks, I see that more than yourself have responded already.
Just checked the Google Drive remote backup which is still ticking away nicely, last incremental was at 00.44 am today. I will chase up when our discounted rate for the server instance runs out.

Re: OGFB Finances 24th March 2022
Yes it is Kev. How quickly we forget stuff that was only done last month and documented to boot! I found my post in the admin thread that I put up about the upgrade, Doh! Come August we will revert to £12 per month rather than £6. That is actually the same as what we were paying for the 80GB drive that was full and prompted the upgrade. Effectively it has cost us nothing except the time put in to do the upgrade.

Re: OGFB Finances 24th March 2022
Thanks to everyone who has donated since my report. Slightly over £120.00 so we are now have a shade over £204.00 in the pot. This should hold us good for a while barring shipwrecks or drownings.

Re: OGFB Finances 24th March 2022
Thanks Ian. Just drop us a reminder when you need a transfusion. OG is so important in my life, in fact outside the family its almost the whole of my social interaction! Is that sad or a sign of the times? (The rest is when I walk......)
