Near enough Tom. it's a lamb foot blade, for trimming sheeps feet rather than cleaning but close enough.

Thankyou 👍good enough Stanley,it's a crude band clamp to take the tension so the bolts can be cut and the band doesn't take your head off 😉

You need another clue. It's one of those images where the trick is to know what's convex and what's concave. That's where Peter was so close....
