Sorry, but no. The clock in Gissing's is the one Johnny made in 1937 as a memorial for his old master and was originally in Riley Street chapel in Earby. When that closed it was installed in Wellhouse Mill and when that was demolished in 1982 it moved again to where it is now. Here it is....

Stanley, your book on "Brown & Pickles" publishes by Lulu appears to be in very short supply. The only copy I can find is in the Barlick library in the reference section. You don't happen to have some stashed away do you?

Not sure what you mean by 'short supply'. It's available on LULU, and they print on demand. Just had a look, and it seems to be cheaper now than when I bought one.

Tripps, you're right. Why my first search showed up no stock in all the main suppliers I don't know. A separate search in Lulu and Amazon found it with no problem.

I do not claim to have any powers of the Titans, or claim any high or overlording status. I tried reading some Greek myths at one time, but they are too confusing as the writers cannot agree on timelines etc. Interesting parallel with the Nephilim of . Both possibly have roots in some reports on Sumerian tablets, much archelogical 'evidence' has generally been fake, and any other old depictions also cannot be relied on.
