I’ve found the site keeps freezing this morning, don’t know if it’s just me.

It was very slow for me too and refused to load earlier today which is very very unusual. It wasn't my internet connection because I checked the speed of that. Later it was OK.

Years go I did a competition swim at Lancaster which was a 50 yard / metre pool Can't remember much about the pool itself but then you don't when you have your head underwater.
