I reckon it's a blasting job on a chimney or factory or whatever. The bloke looks to be wiring up the electrical firing mechanism.

The chap on the right, haven't we seen him somewhere before? Must look through the steeplejack thread.

The what is terracotta ornamental parakeets but I don't know the where. There are so many real ones in London it could be there, but alternatively lots of other places.

I give in even though that's not actually correct Kev. These birds are on Tib Street. (LINK)

I'm surprised I didn't know that. I've walked down it dozens of times - though more likely to be looking in the petshop windows at the puppies than up in the air at the terra cotta birds.

Looks like a tunnel entrance, is it on a disused railway line?

The thing that strikes me is the fact that it's a modern tunnel form, it looks as though it ought to have an invert like a Bazalgette egg shaped sewer. My second thought was Central Park in NY.

I've found the tunnel I think it is but it looks a bit 'off'. Is this one in Otley?

Ian is right that it's the memorial to the tunnel builders, but it copies Bramhope tunnel entrance, not Bramhall tunnel (which is really a bridge). Kev mentioned Otley and the memorial is in Otley church yard. Wikipedia

It took you all three and a half hours to get that one, you're slowing up! :extrawink: Or are my objects getting too easy, I wonder.

I'm embarrassed that I knew nothing about the Bramhope Tunnel, having lived in North Leeds for so long I should! I've driven over it thousands of times!
