That wasn't the case with me. Discussed with my mum and dad and my reasoning's put forward. My older brother went to Ermystead's and it didn't do him any good. Pratting about travelling and all that nonsense. Latin was a bit useless for electronics. Much easier just to walk up to secondary school.
