I went for my walk and sit while it was mizzling and it wasn't very nice. Now I am back in the house the sun is shining!

Yesterday was almost continuous light mizzle, never heavy rain but never anything but overcast. It brightened slightly towards the end of the afternoon and at 20:00 As night fell it was clearing up. this morning it's calm, cool and clear with a brilliant moon overhead. The glass is down a touch and is steady on 1014mb. The forecast is for full sun all day. The wind is light and variable but settles down later this afternoon into a light south westerly. The outlook is for similar temperatures and perhaps rain tomorrow and Saturday but apart from that dry and overcast.

Looks lovely from up on the mountain Wendy. The fog has cleared down here now and has the makings of a good day.

Lovely photo Wendy! As a child, the first time I saw mist lying in a valley like that I thought it was a lake and got frightened because dad was driving into it!

Dense fog here, thickest I've seen for many a year.

Yesterday was a keeper as well, the sun lasted until nightfall. At 20:00 it was clear and we had a brilliant moon. This morning it's calm, cold and clear but with a layer of thin high cloud. The glass has fallen to 1006mb and the forecast is for early heavy rain, then a cloudy but dry morning and the return of heavy rain this afternoon and evening. The SW wind is moderate giving a high of 13C and a low of 7C with as much as -3C chill at times. The 6 day outlook is for similar but brighter and drier weather.
Later at 04:00, the rain has started earlier than forecast.

I've had a walk and half an hour on security at the end of Albert Road. No sun and a hint of rain in the air but good enough not to be a problem. Sue was right, it's a good thing to do, I see the same people every day and they all say hello.....
Later .... the rain has returned. Glad I had my walk earlier....

Yesterday the light mizzle returned but by nightfall it had stopped and at 20:00 it was clearing. We had a clear night with a good moon but now it is overcast, just a hint of the moon glow showing through the clouds, and we have light rain. The glass is down on 996mb and falling. The forecast is for rain on and off all day. The constant SW wind is brisk and gusts to 35mph giving us a high of 11C and a low of 7C with a -3C wind chill. The outlook is for similar temperatures but brighter and less rain.

Yesterday we had rain on and off all day interspersed by some rare bright spells. It was clear during the night but this morning we have a breeze and heavy rain. The glass has fallen to 993mb but rising. The forecast is for it to dry up and brighten to sunny intervals this morning. The constant SW wind is moderate and gusts to 30mph giving a high of 12C and a low of 9C with a -2C wind chill. The outlook is for similar weather but drier. (But that's what they forecast yesterday!)

We are having lovely days here in Adelaide.
Sunset 7.30 tonight. We have rain forecast on Wednesday and onwards.
Did a little bit of gardening this weekend, and the local wild birds are enjoying the mixed sunflower seeds I put out them. 😊 🌼

Yesterday the weather deteriorated towards the end of the day and at 20:00 it was starting to rain. We had a clouded night and this morning it was still raining. The glass is up on 1002mb and seems to have steadied, it was falling first thing. The forecast is for the rain to stop shortly and for it to clear into a dry sunny day. The SW wind is brisk and gusts to 40C this afternoon giving a high of 14C and a low of 6C with as much as -5C chill this afternoon. There's not a lot of change in the outlook, we are in a period of Atlantic weather and we can expect more wind but perhaps less rain.
Later at 05:30. The rain has stopped and the sky is clearing.

Yesterday it stayed dry and at 20:00 we had a clear night and a light breeze. This morning it was calm and clear with clear moon and stars. It hasn't changed and the glass has jumped up yo 1022mb. The forecast is for a dry sunny day. The light W wind becomes East this morning and gives us a high of 13C and a low of 8C with a -2C wind chill for most of the day. The 6 day outlook is for similar weather apart from some heavy showers on Friday.

Yesterday stayed dry and at 20:00 we had a light breeze, it was cool and overcast. First thing this morning we still had the same weather, a light breeze, cool and overcast but dry. It is still like that. The glass is down on 1008mb and falling. The forecast is for rain all day deteriorating to drizzle and mist this evening. The easterly wind is light and changes to SW late this afternoon. It gives a high of 12C a low of 9C and negligible wind chill. The outlook is for similar weather, no great surprises!
It started raining shortly after 05:00.

Yesterday it rained all day and at 20:00 had only just bated. This morning it was calm, clear, dry and cool and it hasn't changed since. The glass is down on 997mb and falling. The forecast is for a day of sunny spells and light showers. The SE wind is moderate and gives a high of 15C and a low of 11C with -2C chill. The outlook is for similar weather but more rain perhaps.

Yesterday afternoon managed to stay dry. At 20:00 it was calm and dry still with a clear sky. This morning first thing it was calm and raining, it is still raining but the forecast promises us it will stop at around 06:00. The glass is almost unchanged at 996mb. The forecast is for a dry day with sunny intervals once this light rain has ceased. The constant SW wind becomes brisk and gusts to over 30mph later this morning giving a high of 15C and a low of 12C tonight with a -3C chill this morning. The outlook is for similar weather with perhaps more rain over the next two days.

Yesterday was a bright afternoon but that wind was very cold! At 20:00 we had a light breeze, it was overcast but dry and mild. First thing this morning it was calm and dry, we had thin patchy overcast, you could still see some stars. I've just looked outside and it's still dry, the overcast is a bit thicker now perhaps. The glass is up slightly on 1002mb. The forecast is for a wet day with rain starting at 08:00 and lasting all day. The SE wind is light to moderate and gives a high of 15C and a low of 10C with negligible wind chill. The outlook is for similar weather but brighter perhaps. Very mild for the time of year......
