You won't be surprised to hear I have been eating my basic protein and veggie rich diet.
I've just cooked the last of the mutton, I need another half sheep in the freezer!

Made a two-night pot of Vegetable Soup yesterday, so dinner is sorted for tonight. Might be really naughty and throw some Dumplings in.

My mother called them 'Little Lads' Maz.... I love 'em but haven't had any for a long time.
I had two eggs for breakfast and sausage, mutton and veggies for tea.

Sausage and eggs for breakfast. Mutton stew and veggies for tea but I didn't eat all of it, too many interruptions at teatime. All of them welcome but distracting.
By the way, Stuart delivered half a sheep for the freezer, we will not starve!

Burger and two eggs for breakfast. I cooked veggies and tea was Steak pudding and veggies. Lovely!

I grilled sausages and slow cooked a breast of Mutton. Breakfast was steak pudding and veggies, tea was sausage and veggies.

I cut the breast of mutton I slow roasted into bite sized chunks, added chopped tomatoes and three chopped onions and cooked it down to a rich gravy. Breakfast and tea yesterday was this plus sausage andveggies and was very tasty.

The last of the mutton and veggies with a meat pie for breakfast. Tea was a steak pudding, mushy peas and a fresh batch of veggies cooked yesterday.

Steak pudding and veggies for breakfast and pork pie with veggies for tea.
I roasted spicy chicken wings, sausage, onions and tomatoes. That and the veggies are in the fridge. No cooking for a day or two!

Breakfast was black pudding, veggies and a fried egg. Tea was the last of the wings. Kath delivered my meat order as usual at 16:30.

Three eggs for breakfast. Then I had a cooking storm, veggies and a chicken wing roast that had a sauce made of a lot of fairly elderly ingredients that needed using like Tahini, Peanut butter, Cider vinegar etc. It looks horrible, a brown mess like cat vomit but tastes superb! Tea was a steak pudding and veggies.

:geek: We are back to Salads which, thankfully, look nothing like cat vomit. I suggest a candle-light dinner Stanley. That will make it look a bit more appealing.
