I found some half price smoked barbecued chicken legs and cooked them. Then I added the sausages sliced into chunks and that was the meat base that went with canned veggies for breakfast and tea yesterday. Today will have to be a big cooking day.

The tomato and onion relish is going down well with the chicken and veggies which I had X three yesterday for breakfast, light lunch and tea. I think the three smaller meals a day is a better regime than just two. I shall have to take note what the effect is on my weight if any.....

More chicken and veggies. I like my meat but when I look at how little I eat these days I am getting very close to being vegetarian, not as a matter of principle but just taste.....

Sausage and eggs and the last of the chicken and veggies reinforced by some of the day's fresh cooked batch saw me through.

Mixed shellfish, avocado, iceberg lettuce and tomatoes for tea courtesy of Asda. Strawberries and cream for pudding. Time for a brew now and see if there's any 'ordinary' viewing on the TV.

I had my Chicken and veggies X two as usual but while I was watching TV I roasted two Mutton shanks and nibbled on the freshly cooked meat and had the rest with my tea. Shanks are as good as the leg I reckon on both mutton and ham.....

I had veggies for breakfast and tea. Lunch was a full English at Granny's Kitchen in the Market at Colne paid for by my son in law Mick. I didn't have the toast or fried bread.....
