It was very refreshing Sue! I love the way the derailment was glossed over!

It was where the old track met the new. Bob had already been round twice and realised there was an issue. Ironically it was just as we stopped and I hadn’t quite stopped the video. The other video was three and a half minutes long, no way was that going to upload . I don’t think Bobs comment of ‘have you stopped the video’ is on there. We laughed, or as I said ‘ oops’

As a matter of interest you should compare the first picture on this forum, 2012 with now. Look at the trees and vegetation. We forget how much we have planted and the work we have done .

Sue, all I'm getting is a still picture of greenery and your commentary, is that right? No moving video.

Here's a pic for Bob of 4 lads enjoying their own garden railway loco. Newton Pickles, Johnny, Walt Fisher and a lad riding behind Newton's loco Dyak Queen at Blackgate track near Wakefield. It was coal fired. (I like the way Johnny rides side saddle!)

I've seen it on VLC as well. Took a few clicks though - then it played (twice) when I thought it wouldn't .

Looks a lot of fun. Thanks for making the effort - I enjoyed it.

It played OK for me also Sue. Very impressive but it won't be long before you're pruning trees again!
Bob's hair looks very distinguished.....

Its funny you should mention the trees, I broke off from pruning to record the video clip. Some of the oaks will be cut down completely eventually to provide us with firewood.
