As part of the process when registering on the site, you are asked to provide an email address. We use this to send a confirmation of registration link to complete a new users registration on the site.

The email address supplied is stored in your user account.

Your email address is only visible to site administrators and is not accessible to or shared with any other users of the site.

The site software has an internal feature which allows registered members to contact each other via email.

All such emails from member to member are not sent directly but are distributed via the generic "webmaster" email address and are sent using the chosen username of the originating member. At no point is the originators actual email address visible to other members of the site.

As a registered member you have the option to disable this contact feature by settings on the "Board Preferences" tab within your User Control Panel.

We will never share your email address with anyone else and only use it for administrative contact and the feature described above. If you would prefer us to remove it completely from your account please click here: Contact Us or use the link provided in the footer of the Index page.

Please quote the username that you use on the site in any communication.
