I've just accessed the 1921 census information on my dad:

First name(s) Edwin Clifford
Last name Turner
Sex Male
Birth year 1904
Census date 19 June 1921
Age in years 17
Age in months 4
Age as transcribed 17 y 4 m
Relationship to head Son
Marital status Single
Birth place Intake, Yorkshire,
Birth county Yorkshire
Birth country England
Transcribed birth place Intake, Yorkshire
Occupation Engineer
Occupation code 244
Occupation code with suffix 244/6
Employer Henry Brown & Sons Engineers Barnoldswick
Employer code 159
Place of work Albion Works, Earby
Language used to complete form English
Person making return Mr Levi Turner
House number 22
Street Schack Lane
Address 22 Schack Lane
Full address as transcribed 22 Schack Lane, Early

Does anyone know how to interrogate the 1921 census in order to find out who else's place of work was "Albion Works" in Earby?

thanks
John

Hello John, it's good to see you back on One Guy!
You can see other people who worked for the same employer but if the "place of work" is a different address then that might be a problem.

Look towards the bottom of the record transcription page to see who worked for the same employer. This is my Grandfather's record, unfortunately there is a transcription error for his employer so hardly any other people show up as working there! It should say Cawthra not Cawthorn.
