My last report was in February which staved off our March quarterly payment. The next quarter will be due in December. Time for an update on the current state of the finances.

Income

Opening Balance brought forward: £83.31

Donations & Subscriptions received since the last report in February this year (20) : £255.00

Total income including opening balance: £338.31

Paypal Fees: -£14.46

Net Income after deductions: £323.85



Outgoings

Quarterly Hosting Fees are due March, June, September, December

In addition we pay monthly for I/P address leasing and the Virtual Server instance that the site runs on.

1&1 IONOS for March, June and September quarters, domain renewal and all other fees : -£237.48


Total outgoings: -£237.48

Current balance in the sites PayPal account: £86.37

It's been one of those days - I don't have such a button. :smile:

My phone stopped working last night - nothing wrong here said Plusnet -try switchng on Airplane mode' for five minutes then off - it resets the connection. It worked. . . .

As admin, I can browse the board with any users permissions. I tried with yours David and can see the link on the home page and it functions as expected. Donors can make an individual donation or click a link to make a regular subscription. All via PayPal but you do not need to have an account yourself.

I should add that the donate tab is part of the header image which is universal to all threads on the site.
