I understand a group are looking for people to help them set up a management committee to take over this building from Housing Pendle, with the support from Pendle Council (it wass on the agenda at last night's West Craven Area Committee meeting, and the documents will be online on the Pendle website).
Numbers weren't mentioned, but I would presume they are looking for people with some of the skills necessary, plus a bit of get up and go to actually promote it into a valuable community resource.
At the minute I have no contact details, but I would ask if people were interested, or you could ask your Borough Councillors.
