Not for tea but for a snack at lunchtime today - Toast Hawaii. Never knew it had a special name till I Googled. Simply grilled cheese on top of a pineapple slice on a slice of bread.

Love cheesecakes. Wife made this one on Sunday morning and we had it for tea. Ready-made from the supermarkets are OK but this is absolutely delicious.
