No need to apologise Gloria it's an SCB double clip or 90 scaffold clip SCB patented the design many moons ago not used much these days

The arrow under a line represents a spot height which will be marked on the map for the area where the marker is.

Well that didn’t last long, Wendy is spot on. We saw it in a walk at the top of Pinfold Lane in Longridge.
